Fibrenew was very responsive and went out of their way to work around our schedule. The dark pen mark on our light leather couch seemed like it might be difficult to remove. Kevin was very meticulous and did a fantastic job of getting rid of the mark and restoring the leather. It exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough about the work they did and how well it turned out. We will definitely keep their contact info for future "emergencies"!
