Lights, sirens, coffee, teamwork, and a whole lot of heart. 🚑🔥

It’s EMS Week, and Tekamah Fire & Rescue wants to give a huge shoutout to all of the EMTs, paramedics, nurses, dispatchers, first responders, and EMS partners who answer the call — no matter the hour.

Whether it’s a lift assist, a major emergency, community standby, or helping someone through their worst day, EMS providers show up ready to serve every single time.

We are proud to work alongside so many dedicated providers throughout our area and grateful for the teamwork and friendships that keep our communities safe.

If you know an EMS provider, give them a shoutout this week! 👏🚑

Happy EMS Week from all of us at Tekamah Fire & Rescue!

Today we recognize and celebrate International Firefighters’ Day ❤️🚒

At Tekamah Fire & Rescue, we are proud to serve this community with dedication, courage, and heart. Being a firefighter means answering the call at any hour, standing strong in difficult moments, and always putting others first. It’s more than a job—it’s a commitment to protect, support, and care for our neighbors.

We also take time today to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice and to thank every firefighter, past and present, for their service.

To our team and to firefighters everywhere—thank you for your bravery, your selflessness, and your unwavering commitment to keeping our communities safe.
