Designed by Populous as part of the larger Ontario Sports Empire, and named USA Today / https://bit.ly/4yM30V3’s 2026 Ballpark of the Year, the 6,000-seat ballpark pairs traditional seating with premium hospitality areas, terraced views, and gathering spaces built for more than game day. RESAWN contributes to the architectural experience with KATMOR acetylated modified wood cladding lining the Club Entry, bringing natural material into a setting shaped around community and entertainment.

The Omni Hotel in Fort Lauderdale brings another layer to the resort experience with a Topgolf Swing Suite for golf, baseball, hockey, and more, complete with its own bar. SOLEBURY charred wood clads the surrounding walls, encompassing the suite and bar in a bold, unified surface. The deep char brings the natural character of wood indoors, defining a place created to play, gather, and spend the night away.

Taking shape alongside Theodore Roosevelt National Park in Medora, North Dakota, the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library reflects a commitment to conservation, environmental stewardship, and the enduring legacy of the 26th president.

Designed by Snøhetta, Front, and JLG Architects, the building’s curved form and boardwalk required the CUSTOM acetylated modified wood cladding to bend along both horizontal and vertical frames. RESAWN worked alongside the project team through large-scale sampling, bending tests, and a 200-square-foot field mockup to develop custom profiles and millwork engineered around an attachment system.

The result represents an extensive collaboration between design, material, engineering, and construction to bring a complex architectural vision closer to completion.

Construction continues on Wellfleet Modern, along the coast of Wellfleet, Massachusetts. Built as a private residence within the scenery of Cape Cod, the home features IRUKA charred Cypress across its exterior facade system, accentuating the architectural form with linear detailing.

RESAWN worked alongside Architectural Design, Inc. and Art Hultin & Co. throughout the specification process to translate the design vision into a buildable exterior application.

Overlooking the Choptank River in Trappe, Maryland, Baystone Retreat uses a performance-driven material palette to define its distinct architectural forms within a demanding coastal setting.

RESAWN worked with GTM Architects to specify NIGIRI charred acetylated modified wood, which wraps the exterior envelope in a layered gray palette. Executing the vision, the build team at JEFFCO, installed OXFORD decking to extend the material palette outdoors, creating a quiet transition to the waterfront landscape.

As a dream summer residence designed by BMA Architects, Jule Pond II showcases MONOGATARI 2.0 shou sugi ban Cypress just yards from the Atlantic Ocean. Extending throughout the exterior and outdoor living areas, charred Cypress filters sunlight through a custom brise soleil while creating a beautiful connection between the residence and its coastal setting. The result is a home designed for every season, but especially enjoyed during long summer days.

As the centerpiece of the growing Texas development, Mayfair, the Celebration Hall was designed to be a welcoming destination for residents to gather year-round. To complement the community's architectural vision, the project team selected ALLETH for its aesthetic, dimensional stability, and low-maintenance performance in the Texas climate. Throughout the project, RESAWN collaborated with the installer by providing technical support and installation recommendations, helping ensure the finished cladding met the design intent from concept through completion.
