Early this morning, the w**emaking team hand-harvested the Primitivo grapes that will become part of our 2026 Pas Doux blend. The grapes were carefully selected using our sorting table, The Mistral. Next week, we will harvest Syrah and Tempranillo, the two remaining components of the 2026 Pas Doux blend, stay tuned 🍇.
