Tiana Sanchez is a Training and Development Expert, Corporate Trainer, and Consultant on developing talent and influencing organizational culture. You can say she has "an eye for talent and the skill to train." Her passion for raising the bar in talent development spawned through years in management that was honed during an impressive and long standing career in the Retail, Food and Beverage and F

inancial industries. She played an integral role in the opening of a De Novo Retail Branch that would achieve benchmark results as part of a successful launch. During her 17 year career, she managed day-to-day business operations and oversaw the recruitment and acquisition of talent. She was appointed to the Strategic Planning team working directly with the CEO of a teacher's credit union, sparking her interest in organizational culture and establishing her as a skilled speaker. In 2011, Tiana launched a private coaching practice that is dedicated to improving overall performance through assessment, training, coaching, and solution-based strategies for every employee. She was hand selected to design an Executive Development Plan for the Marketing Leader at a multi-billion dollar footwear design company. Tiana has coached, trained and developed the top talent for some well-known organizations such as Southern California Edison, Charlotte Hornets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Starbucks and William-Sonoma. In addition to training and development, Tiana is a sought after speaker and has delivered poignant workshops for educational institutions including UC Merced, Los Angeles Southwest College, University of La Verne and California State University San Bernardino. She is a two-time published author and writes a monthly article for LinkedIn Pulse. Tiana has received the Circle of Excellence Award and multiple Certificates of Appreciation for her involvement in education. Bachelor studies in Psychology and Business Management and completed certificate programs with American Management Association (AMA) and Ken Blanchard Companies.

I am blessed with two amazing boys, (young men, really) and grateful to be their mom.

To all the moms out there, especially the ones doing it on their own, you are strong, you are learning, and you are doing an amazing job.
