One of the most fascinating wine experiences you can have is a vertical tasting — and we’re thrilled to bring them back with winemaker Phil Baily himself!

Taste how the same wine, from the same vineyard, crafted by the same winemaker, can evolve from vintage to vintage. 🍇 Each year tells a different story — shaped by growing conditions, weather, and time in the bottle. You’ll see it, smell it, taste it, and truly experience how wines age.

🍷 Guided vertical tasting with Phil

We had a blast being part of the Temecula Barrel Tasting tour! A huge thank you to everyone who made Baily Winery a stop on your journey.
