Priorities are a tricky thing. How do you identify your priorities? And, how do you schedule your time to act upon them?

We have commitments, deadlines, and hard stops in our personal and professional lives.

What is the impact on you and your quality of life? This is a question I like to ask. Schedule time to act upon your high priorities. Review all priorities often - they can shift. And, remember to consider contingency planning 🌞 Lynn

Creating a process of continuous review across all areas of life can be done at your own pace.

Let's make sure you're ready! Lynn

For years, I was guilty of doing "it" (all of the it's) myself. Learning to ask for help took root for me when I realized that, as much as I loved to give, others did too, and it was ok to ask for help.

Call me a late bloomer 🌞

Permit yourself to ask for help - it opens up new ways of thinking and doing life! *Especially when it comes to contingency planning* 😉 Lynn
