FIRE SALE of one (1) 5-Bullet Historic Imperial Golden Gun Box
Purchase Price: Two Hundred and Fifty Million Dollars ($250,000,000)USD plus 10% Consultant Fees
Box Location: Greater L.A. area
PROCEDURES
1) Seller's Attorney is connected with the Buyer’s Attorney to verify Buyer’s financial capability and Seller's available Asset, and ownership thereof.
2) Seller's Attorney provides the Purchase Agreement (with these procedures therein), which is accepted and fully executed.
3) Seller's Attorney provides Buyer with:
a) Seller CIS
b) SKR / Attorney Attestation Letter
c) Current POL photos or video of the Asset
d) Perito Report presenting authenticity of the Asset
4) Buyer completes DD on the Seller and Asset, and contacts the SKR Attorney to verify the SKR / Attestation.
5) Buyer coordinates the Asset physical authentication with SKR Attorney, authentication and acceptance of the Asset are completed by the Buyer.
6) Buyer transfers full transaction funds and Consultant Fees to SKR Attorney's BofA IOLTA account.
7) Upon posting of funds in the SKR Attorney's IOLTA Trust Account, the SKR along with Receipt of Payment/Transfer is provided to the Buyer, and the Asset is relinquished to Buyer.
8) Consultants are paid.
9) Transaction is complete.
This is to be a fast sale and transfer of one (1) Historic Imperial Golden Gun box, being funded to our L.A. Attorney and completed no later than 2 p.m. PST, Wednesday, December 13th, 2024.
