Bridgeport Cellars Bridgeport Cellars is a family owned and operated vineyard. At this time we are growing Merlot and P Bridgeport Cellars came to mind in 2009.

Three years later in 2012 I decided to break ground and put just over 2 acres of vines (approx 2100 vines). This property was founded by my mother and father in 1984. There were only a few wineries out here then and no one had vineyards on their properties, as I have lived here most of my life and have seen the growth of Temecula's wine country. They passed a law that now the wineries have to pur

chase most of there grapes from growers like myself so in 2009 I figured it was a win win for me to invest in a vineyard. The plan was to grow grapes and sell them to wineries year after year. Now plans have changed slightly after talking to a lot of people in the business. Here at Bridgeport Cellars we will be starting production in 2015 and will make great wine, bottle it, and sell it wholesale and retail .
