After more than 40 years in superabrasives, seeing the next generation carry that forward is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Back from vacation… refreshed, grateful, and ready.

Most people see a big chunk of steel.

We see opportunity.

The saw is running, the coolant is flowing, and another project is moving through the shop.

From raw material to precision diamond and CBN tooling… this is where it starts.

Manufacturing doesn’t stop because it’s Sunday.

Control matters.

Stop using a $5,000 dressing roll like a bulldozer.

When profiling a new grinding wheel, let a direct-plated dressing roll handle the heavy stock removal.

Then bring in the reverse-plated roll for what it does best: precision.

Rough first. Finish second.

Sometimes the biggest savings in grinding come from protecting your most expensive tooling.
