🧡 Loneliness isn’t always about being alone.
Sometimes it shows up >inside< friendships.

Trying harder doesn’t create depth.
Overgiving isn’t intimacy.
And staying in confusing dynamics only builds resentment.

Deeper friendships require clarity:

🧡 Not every friendship is meant to be deep - and that’s not a bad thing.

Some friends are seasonal.
Some are situational.
Some are social.

Not every friendship that started strong is meant to stay close forever.

Some people stay in our lives out of habit, shared history, or because it feels easier than asking harder questions.
But comfort isn’t the same as alignment.

If a friendship feels confusing, draining, or one-sided, that doesn’t mean you’re ungrateful or bad at friendship.
It usually means you’ve grown.

You’re allowed to re-evaluate who gets access to you.
You’re allowed to update expectations.
And you’re allowed to stop forcing closeness that no longer fits.
