A car for a song. Trade ya. (For real—John Lennon inspired me.)
It’s not as farfetched as it seems.
John Lennon reputedly said, “I think I’ll go write a swimming pool.” The Beatle knew another hit song would bring in more than enough revenue. Imagine.
Hey, I’m no John Lennon, but:
As a marketer and musician, I’ve composed or co-composed a great deal of custom “branded songs”— including new product introductions for such companies as Fisher-Price Brands and jingles for everything from birdseed to hospitals to auto dealerships. Personal songs, too, for lifestyle events from retirements to bridal songs. (There’s no Our Song like the one that’s written especially for you.)
So. The car thing. My “snowbird” car in Phoenix was totaled. Got me thinking to write not a swimming pool, but a vehicle. A car for a song. It could be…
• A person or business has an extra vehicle, and needs custom branded musical marketing. Or a wedding song.
• An auto business needs more clients with stronger marketing (I’ve done a TON of auto marketing).
You? Someone you know? Send me a private message and let’s talk. Or sing.
(By the way, one of my 9 criteria for an effective slogan is that it is easily transmitted—speakable and singable. You can read more about that, and some of the custom musical marketing I’ve created, in my Your Magic Brand chapter of the bestselling book. Click the link below. The Kindle version’s only $1.99.)
