Wednesday Recap!

Yesterday at our meeting, we dove deeper into the B.O.N.D. method for networking.

Through a group discussion and a series of guiding questions, we opened our eyes to new ways of thinking—and new processes—that can help with both running your business and connecting with others.

Here are a few of the questions we covered. Take a moment to answer them on your own, or drop your responses in the comments—we’d love to hear your thoughts!

Wednesday Recap!
Yesterday was a fantastic showcase featuring Erin Edgar.

Erin is a leadership coach with many talents and a real passion for bringing people together through music, conversation, and leadership. He performs with the CENTEX Troubadours, where stories and sound come alive on stage. As a veteran, his military experience and discipline shaped the way he approaches leadership—leading him into leadership consulting, helping individuals and teams grow with purpose.

Erin also co-hosts a podcast with his friend Edmound Tirado through LeadWise Alliance, and they record at a local Black Riffle Coffee Shop—creating space for genuine leadership conversations. Plus, he supports Aaron’s HI-CAP Adventure Show on 105.1 KMIL Shooter FM.

From the stage to the coffee shop to radio, Erin brings heart, credibility, and positivity wherever he goes. If you’re looking for someone with a passion for leadership (and the knowledge to back it up), this is your guy.

Wednesday Recap!
meet yesterday and were all ears while James with HotTV Digital Marketing did a quick training on Creating the Ultimate Sound Bite!

He began by emphasizing the importance of the two P’s: Preparation and Practice.

When preparing your Sound Bite, it’s essential to keep it simple and clear. Consider your goal, your audience, and the message you want to convey. Your Sound Bite should clearly communicate who you are and what you’re looking for. It should conclude with a reminder of how you can help your audience and provide a way for them to contact you.

Practice is key to ensuring your Sound Bite resonates with your audience. "Facts tell, Stories sell" Your story within your soundbite creates connections, builds relationships, and leaves a lasting impression—opening doors to future referral opportunities.
