I am excited to share that the Knowledge Management Certified Professional (KMCP) course is coming to Austin, Texas, 27–31 July.
This course is for the people doing the real work of helping organizations capture, share, retain, and apply what they know. It is for KM professionals, leaders, consultants, lessons learned practitioners, AI and digital transformation teams, and anyone responsible for turning organizational knowledge into better decisions and stronger performance.
One of the things I appreciate most about KMCP is that it is not just theory. The course gets into the practical side of Knowledge Management: how to assess where an organization is, how to build a workable KM strategy, how to support knowledge transfer, how to strengthen lessons learned, and how to make KM something that actually helps the organization perform.
With so many organizations talking about AI, data, and transformation, this is also an important time to remember that technology only works well when the knowledge behind it is structured, trusted, and usable.
Austin should be a great setting for this cohort, and I am looking forward to bringing together professionals who care about making Knowledge Management practical, relevant, and valuable.
