We recently wrapped up a full interior remodel on a 1997 Sundowner 2-horse trailer—yes, I did say 1997 🙂—and this one was a fun challenge from start to finish.
The customer came to us with a vision for what she wanted inside a very compact space. After fine-tuning the layout together, we worked through how to fit in cabinetry, a shower, a toilet, microwave, TV, bench seating, and a 6-gallon water heater—all within the limited footprint of this small trailer.
It took some creative problem-solving and teamwork, but we were able to bring it all together into a functional and comfortable living space.
The customer selected all of the colors and finishes, and we think the final result turned out great.
We also added a new battery box, propane bottle, and gas manifold system, along with updated LED interior lighting and new low-voltage clearance lighting. These upgrades helped transform this older, outdated trailer into a modern-style living quarters setup.
We appreciate the opportunity to take on unique projects like this and turn ideas into reality.
