Migrating a brand into the wild world of franchising is a giant leap.

😨

Jennifer Young, CEO of Brooklyn Robot Foundry, took that leap of faith after building her company for ten years.

She realized she needed help moving forward, particularly with recruitment.

Jenny noted, "As an emerging brand, you have a lot to think about when starting to turn a company-owned store into a franchise. And ROS® is an amazing opportunity to take that portion of the company and get the guidance, strategies, and processes to kick-start your recruitment."
