It a crazy spring for swarms and seems to be the same for ticks! As beekeepers we need to be watching out. I have found four ticks on me in three days with one last night, just setting up home in my back! Check for ticks regularly!!! BEE SAFE OUT THERE....I would rather take a few bee stings than a tick bite any day.

Which of my friends want to try this ? I have only done this by accident a couple of times.Luckily without stings , but a weird feeling when they slide into your V-neck T shirt and out your Shorts ;)

Just a reminder , wiper blades on a parked vehicle can freeze to the window ..then they rip when scraped loose

These honeybees built a huge open air nest ; and every year they die in the winter ; and a new swarm moves in to restart in the spring..note the size of the birdhouse that has Yellow Jackets ,
