My heart breaks for all those people in Lahaina on Maui.😥 I can't even imagine what they're going through comma it's extremely devastating and truly hoping that no more lives are lost. 36 is a large number, not to mention all the people that are homeless now. I remember driving down front street in Lahaina and just in amazement of all the galleries and nice eatery's not to mention the huge mangroves tree that is there. I think it is one of the largest in the world since its connected through its root system, which is almost a square block. I hope that survived.🙏

Teams representing the best of barbecue that have been honing their craft for years compete for the title of World Champion and a share of the more than $145,000 in prize money. The Contest features championship pork categories of Ribs, Shoulder, and Whole Hog, as well as the ancillary competitions of Hot Wings, Sauce, and “Anything But Pork.”

Breakfast of champions to get the day started, check this out for the new menu for new years Eve

the menu: we have slow roasted and smoked prime rib, king crab and large tiger shrimp Poached in carmelized garlic butter , a baked potato and an artichoke with a lemon aoli, Caesar salad to accompany.
For dessert we have choices of bananas fosters, root-beer floats, ice cream With chocolate puddle brownie cake

For munchie material we have chips and guacamole along with peanut brittle and chocolate chunk cookies and lemon cake bake from scratch

For breakfast we have eggs any style or omelettes with crab and shrimp also we have ham and cheese omelettes along with homemade how style potatoes, I think that should do what do you think🤔

I will be posting video footage in demonstrations of doing certain things regarding: Crab preparation today we will do the prime rib for preseason for tomorrow slow roasting in smoking, out guys all have a safe wonderful happy New Year❣❣❣❣❣
