Another drainage job completed today.

We ran the gutter downspout underground and tied it into a nearby catch basin to properly direct water away from the building. We were told to leave the trees if possible. Thanks to LSC for helping us out with coring into the catch basin!

We put the skid steer sweeper attachment to work cleaning and sweeping up the entire lot, then paved a couple rough patches and filled in potholes to smooth things out and keep it in good shape until the lot is fully ripped out and repaved next spring. Over The Top Bakery

A few months later and what a difference! 🌱

We took this overgrown, unusable area and turned it into a huge extension of the existing yard. Cleared, graded, fresh loam and hydroseed to finish it off.

Project at Templeton Elementary School today! 🚜

This playground area had basically turned into a frog pond. Nearly 2 feet of mulch with nowhere for the water to drain meant it would constantly fill up, hold stagnant water, and stink.

We dug out all the old mulch, cut out the concrete wall that was trapping the water, installed stone for drainage, laid down fabric, and finished it off with fresh loam. Next step is seed and some fresh green grass! 🌱

Another drainage problem solved and an unusable area put back to good use.

Thanks to lsc excavation lending a hand with his dingo, compressor and jack hammer.

Another backyard transformation completed in Winchendon! 🚜

This repeat customer wanted to make the backyard of their new rental property safer and more usable. Instead of spending $50,000+ on a new retaining wall, we removed the old wall and stairs, excavated over 180 yards of material, pushed the hillside back, and reshaped the slope.

We finished it off with fresh loam ready for hydro seed tomorrow. New mellow slope with green grass, a simple, much more cost-effective solution!
