NOW HIRING: SHRED TRUCK DRIVER
DMS is seeking a reliable, professional Shred Truck Driver to join our team. This position plays a critical role in protecting our customers’ confidential information through secure, on-site document destruction.

Position Summary
The Shred Truck Driver is responsible for operating a mobile shredding truck and performing secure document destruction services at customer locations. This role combines driving, physical work, and customer interaction while following strict security and safety procedures.

Core Responsibilities
• Perform on-site destruction of confidential paper documents
• Safely operate mobile shredding trucks and shredding equipment
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Securely collect, transport, and destroy sensitive materials
• Complete daily safety inspections of trucks and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of truck cab and shredding compartment
• Dispose of shredded materials at secure recycling facilities
• Fuel, clean, and prepare trucks for the next day’s route
• Assist with electronic media destruction
• Work occasionally at the shop for special destruction projects
• Lift a minimum of 30 lbs. regularly
• Work on ground-level or elevator-accessible environments
• Occasional Saturday work for scheduled shredding events

Requirements
• Valid Chauffeur’s License or CDL (required)
• Clean driving record (required)
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Must pass federal and state background checks
• Strong attention to detail and security procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Physical stamina for lifting and active work throughout the day
