When Sanjh opened in Dallas, the table had to live up to the food.
Sanjh reimagines thousands of years of Indian culinary heritage through modern technique — soulful classics and inventive plates, served as understated luxury. Tableware like that isn’t a background detail. It has to hold up to the cuisine, look the part, and — the part most operators learn the hard way — come back consistent every time they reorder.
So they didn’t pick one collection. They built their table from four:
Vital Coupe — deep coupe plates and bowls for the plated, sauce-forward dishes
Prime — deep plates and the handi bowl, made for exactly the kind of dish it’s named for
Slide — the large slide plate, for the courses that need room to breathe
Legacy — coupe plates, timeless and clean
Four collections, one coherent table — mixed to match the menu, not forced into a single shape. All in stock in North America, so when Dallas reorders, it matches what’s already on the floor.
Modern Indian, plated on Ariane. That’s the point — great tableware isn’t tied to one cuisine or one concept. It’s built to make yours look like itself.
