Inspecting your vending machine when it arrives is so important! You have usually spent a good amount of money on the machine, and it needs to get to you in good shape and be ready to use. We try to choose the best carriers in the U.S. to deliver our freight, and we typically don't see many damages to our vending deliveries overall, but in the unlikely event that your machine is damaged, we want you to be informed about the procedures.
Your shipment is transported via a freight truck, and there are a lot of things that can happen between our warehouse and your location. We simply ask you to do a bit of work to protect your investment.
You'll want to perform a thorough visual inspection of the package. We recommend that you look it over really good and remove the packaging if needed to assess the condition of the machine. You should note any and all shortages or signs of damage on the delivery receipt that the shipping carrier provides.
Be as specific as possible and even take photos of damaged packaging or of machine damage. This full inspection is crucial to determining the condition of the machine upon delivery and ensuring that if there are any damages that a claim can be filed quickly and easily with the carrier.
You'll want to notify us if there are damages noted, so we can assist you with the claims process.
If the machine arrives visibly damaged, you can also refuse the shipment. If this is the case, please notify us immediately so we can get the return authorized and get a replacement headed out to you.
Please let us know immediately if you find concealed damage after opening the package. Carriers only allow five days to report damage that is found after delivery. You'll also need to document the damage with photos and keep the packaging until an inspector comes out. The sooner this damage is reported, the better.
