In my 55 years on this earth, I have learned that when the good Lord calls us home, we will go, no matter the struggle. No one can stop it. We have one life to live. The material things we invest in are left behind. Memories therefore, are important to me.
So, I'm going to start a "reunion of friends". The idea is to see who reads a post without a picture. If no one reads my post, this will be a very short experiment. Good morning Facebook, Instagram family, friends and viewers. Last minute notice there will be no open house. I got a last minute hangout and I must cover the post

I can tell you have been in security for over 23 years you can tell who is with you and against you. No matter what RDK Security Solution LLC will always deliver even if we are given no notice.

This is the problem we have with security and those of the minority. We won't help each other but we will always complain about what we don't have and what someone else won't give.

I am willing to take less and give a little more but I have standards and for those who can't meet those standards you can stay where you are cause I will not lower my standards for any family, friends or whoever.

RDK Security Solution LLC is having a last minute open house. We are trying to get coverage for a high end Art gallery. We are trying to secure the contract so we are looking for the Elite.

Open House will be Saturday September 23, 2023 from 10am to 3pm. Please come in proper attire. Please have your security license and State ID. I will have hours for Monday September 25, 2023 through Sunday October 1, 2023. All details will be given at the open house along with the pay rate.

I am asking my family and friends who may know someone in security to please share this post and help RDK Security Solution LLC begin our mission.

Good morning to all.

I just want to send my prayers and condolences to all those we lost 22 years ago. It has been a long road for their loved ones and it is sad that they have to relive this moment over and over again. My heart is with you.

I would also like to acknowledge that we also lost security officers as well. I want to thank their loved ones for allowing them to take pride in the security industry. Security is just as dangerous as NYPD and FDNY. We lose officers daily but it is never mentioned.

Thank you all for the work and struggle you put in for your families, your careers and this nation. You will never be forgotten. The same goes for our fallen security officers.

We all need to come together and put an end to this terrorism. One Love

I am asking if anyone knows of someone in security that maybe having issues with their company and wants to stand for Change. They can email me, and we can set up a meeting to begin or advance the "Change Movement".

Good evening Facebook, Family, Friends and Viewers. I have a little something to say please just take some time and hear me out.

Security companies value should be to lead and build better staff and officers; yet they do the exact opposite and break them down mentally, physically, and financially.

How do these companies build a reputation on the works of the people doing the hard work with no appreciation. Don't get me wrong in order to start a company it is not easy. You get clients and now you have to get the staff and officers who help you to build this reputation. What do they get out of it? Abuse verbally, talked down too in front of others or lack of pay. Who can we turn too? These are the people holding these contracts for you and you can't treat them like people.

How good is your reputation when you have class action lawsuits against you. Class actions lawsuits that show how you Rob workers financially to feed your pockets. When someone steals time you are quick to discipline them by suspending them or even terminating them knowing they have a family and bills. You do the a crime the same way and can still profit from it. This is how your reputation is built and it makes you a better company.

To be able to provide good quality people should not be only by their appearance but by their heart and drive. Then you take them and you make them better. That is what should help build a good reputation. That will also make a great work place that makes officers want to come to work and provide the service clients want.

I should be saying standup to all security officers but I want to say to everyone no matter your industry. You need to stand up and fight for the right to work in a peaceful work place. Stand up and fight for decent wages because minimum wages are not helping any of us.

We also need our politicians to stand when it comes to working wages. We are barely surviving and most of us are working 2 and 3 jobs to get a head and still can't make it. The time is now to stand up and survive this economy.
