We can help you market your fine and decorative arts, books and

We offer complimentary consultations and competitive commissions. Our estate sales are tag sales and our fee is based on a percentage of gross sales. What we will do for you:

◦ Advertising in local newspapers and on this Facebook account/Instagram account
• Provide tables, hanging racks, shelves, bins and lighting to your items.
• Fully staff your sale with our team of professional and friendly associates.
• Professionally and securely conduct your sale.
◦ Preferably sales are conducted at the home being liquidated.

A true showstopper for our upcoming Nichols Hills estate sale. 🎱

This 1923 Brunswick Arcade Model pool table is an incredible piece of history and it’s in near-perfect condition. The felt has been replaced as part of its routine maintenance, while the original details remain beautifully preserved, including mahogany veneer, rosewood rail caps, mother-of-pearl inlay, and leather pockets.

The sign-up sheet is simply our way of getting the first big crowd into the sale safely and orderly. You do not need to sign up to shop throughout the rest of the sale.
BUT… if there’s something you absolutely cannot live without, we highly recommend getting on the sign-up sheet.

PLEASE NOTE:
The sale entrance is located on the backside of the building. Please do not park in the front lot — that lot is reserved for the other businesses in the area.

Parking:
Please utilize side-street parking behind the building and be sure to follow our sale signage for guidance. Our parking and security attendants are there to help things run smoothly, so please be kind and courteous to them!
