💧 A SMALL LEAK CAN BECOME A BIG PROBLEM.
Imagine leaving your home in The Villages for a few weeks.
Everything is fine when you leave.
Then a small plumbing leak starts.
Nobody notices.
One day becomes one week.
One week becomes a much bigger repair.
That's exactly why regular Home Watch visits matter.
We look for things that may not be obvious from the outside:
🔍 Water leaks
🚽 Toilet issues
🚰 Faucet problems
💧 Signs of moisture
❄️ HVAC concerns
🏡 Interior and exterior issues
The goal is simple:
Find problems early.
Because it's a lot easier to deal with a small problem when it first happens than a major repair after it's been sitting unnoticed for weeks.
🏡 Your home may be empty, but it shouldn't be unattended.
BubbleBees Home Watch & Home Concierge
Serving homeowners in The Villages.

🌴 BUBBLEBEES HOME WATCH TIP OF THE WEEK

☀️ Your AC is working harder than you think.

Florida heat and humidity don't take a vacation—and neither does your HVAC system.

When your home is vacant, an AC problem can go unnoticed for days or even weeks.

And in Florida, that's more than an inconvenience.

A loss of air conditioning can lead to:

❄️ Rising temperatures
💧 Excess humidity
🦠 Potential mold concerns
🏡 Damage to furnishings and belongings

That's why regular Home Watch visits are so important.

At BubbleBees, we check your home for signs that something isn't right and let you know when we find a concern.

You're away. We're here. 🏡

What is a Home Concierge Service?

A Home Concierge Service is a premium service offered to homeowners to help manage various aspects of their household and enhance their overall quality of life. Similar to a hotel concierge who assists guests with various tasks, a home concierge assists homeowners with a wide range of services, including:

Home Watch Services: Regular checks on your property.
Preparation of Residence for arrival: Let us prepare your home for your arrival, or the arrival of a guest. We can also close a residence after a stay by you or a guest.
Contractor Waiting Services: Coordinating repairs, providing recommendations for maintenance services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing), and overseeing home improvement projects.
Hurricane Preparation Services: Securing loose items outside and photo documentation of property prior to, and after a storm.
Errands and Shopping: Running errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or mailing packages.
Technology Support: Setting up and troubleshooting home electronics, smart devices, and home automation systems.

Overall, a home concierge service aims to alleviate the burdens of daily tasks and responsibilities, allowing homeowners to focus on more important aspects of their lives. It's a personalized service designed to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
