Adding to our post from last week about our rPET sheets production process-

We're committed to a high-end manufacturing process for our rPET sheets. Our customizable extrusion process allows for precise adjustments in thickness, width, and length.

The process is composed of-
1) Extrusion
2) Cooling
3) Cutting, Trimming, Tolling
4) Final Product- rPET sheets.

Our sheets are FDA approved, made with our very own Ocean Bound Plastic rPET flakes and part of our tray 2 tray initiative.

Introducing Plastiwood Pallets, our new brand of 100% recycled molded plastic pallets.

These pallets are ideal for long-term use, shipping, storage, and exports/imports. They are optimally designed to have a high load capacity, impact resistance, and stability. Our pallets can be customized according to the needs of the product.

What products can be produced from recycled PET (rPET)?

Many products can be produced, including:
♻️ bottles
♻️ carpet
♻️ clothing
♻️ automotive parts
♻️ construction materials
♻️ luggage
♻️ packaging

Using rPET material to produce these is more sustainable because it reduces the amount of new material that has to be made. rPET material is able to be reused multiple times for many purposes and PET is diverted from ending up in landfills, where it takes a long time to naturally break down.
