The successful candidate is an extraordinary leader who can lead and instruct team members to perform, review completed work, and direct necessary revision?

If you are interested, and you have at least:

- 4+ years of public accounting and tax accounting experience.
- Experience supervising and managing staff.
- BS degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Active CPA license.
- Experience with CCH tax software package is preferred.
- Strong communication skills

In this role, under minimal supervision, you will accept responsibility for the successful outcome of client engagements and performs a wide variety of advanced accounting functions and for overseeing multiple projects/engagements, ensuring client satisfaction, timely completion, and staff development.

You will also perform a broad range of diversified advanced accounting functions, demonstrating thorough tax accounting and tax law knowledge.

You will oversee the planning and scheduling of client engagements. Assists in the development of tax policies and procedures for the firm.

Efficiently and accurately prepare, review, and revise work papers.

Communicates on behalf of clients to tax authorities, including notices and examinations.
