Kodiak Gas Services and Baker Hughes formalized a multi-year strategic agreement that supports Kodiak’s expanding infrastructure initiatives and establishes a framework for deploying up to 1.8 gigawatts of power generation capacity.
Kodiak’s Chief Financial Officer, John Griggs, and Riccardo Barbieri, Baker Hughes’ Vice President of Sales for Gas Technology Equipment, marked the occasion with the signing of an agreement that launches a new relationship built on collaboration and a shared commitment to delivering reliable, scalable power solutions.
“This framework supports our long-term strategy of expanding Kodiak's energy infrastructure capabilities while delivering exceptional reliability and value to our customers," said Kodiak’s President and CEO Mickey McKee.
