Entrepreneurship360 "Build a business that fuels your dreams and strengthens the family at the heart of it." Together, we’ve grown our businesses while supporting our community.

Leaving corporate America was a leap of faith, but over a decade later, starting my own business has proven to be one of the best decisions of my life. My passion lies in helping entrepreneurial couples and family-owned businesses grow their brand, strengthen their operations, and build thriving businesses that align with their family values. As a mother of five, I’ve experienced firsthand the joy

s and challenges of blending family dynamics with business ambitions. While my vision of having my kids fully involved in my business didn’t turn out as I imagined, the experience taught me invaluable lessons about the “family” side of family business. Now, I use my story—and my hard-earned insights—to help others create harmony between home and work life. I’m proud to be an award-winning entrepreneur, recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owners and as an Enterprising Women Inspirational Entrepreneur. With over a decade of mentoring start-ups and leadership roles, including serving on the board of directors for Entrepreneurs’ Organization, I combine practical experience with a uniquely personal approach to growth. My businesses, WeKinnect Global Branding Agency and Kinetic Promotional Product Services, have earned awards like “Best Places to Work” and “Largest Agency” and serve clients across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Most recently, I was inducted into the exclusive iPROMOTEu 1 Million Dollar Club. My husband Denis, a French-Canadian Air Force veteran, became my business partner in 2016. Whether expanding our services or giving back through philanthropy, our mission has always been about creating a positive impact. Through Entrepreneurship 360, I’m excited to extend this mission even further. I offer consulting, retreats, and workshops for couples and family-owned businesses. Together, we’ll take a 360-degree look at your life and business to create strategies that strengthen your brand *and* your family. Balancing love, work, and dreams isn’t always easy, but with the right tools, you can build a business that supports your relationships, not strains them. If you’re ready to grow your business while staying connected to the people who matter most, I’d love to help. Whether you’re looking for guidance, inspiration, or a new perspective, I’m here to help you thrive at home and in business.

Financial stress ranks among the top concerns for entrepreneurial couples. Irregular income, cash flow challenges, and reinvestment demands create tension around household budgeting, risk tolerance, and long-term security.

For copreneurs, business performance directly affects family finances, intensifying anxiety during lean periods. Open financial planning and transparent communication are essential to protect both your business and your relationship 🙌

Entrepreneurs often battle imposter syndrome and the anxiety of slow results. Remember that doubt is not evidence of failure but a sign you
are stretching beyond your comfort zone. Reflect on how far you have come and keep moving forward with intention. Your journey is valid 💛

Silencing the Imposter Voice

The voice that whispers you are not enough is the same one that fears the greatness you are becoming. Silence it with action.”

I can’t believe what I found out this weekend! Who knew!!

Businesses thrive on quarterly reviews. Families grow stronger with the same discipline.

Entrepreneurial couples can create a powerful seasonal tradition with a Family Goal-Setting Retreat.

Dedicate one weekend each quarter to review family objectives, celebrate achievements, and plan meaningful adventures. This mirrors strategic business planning while reinforcing unity and shared purpose beyond daily operations.

🇺🇸 Remembering with Taps this Memorial Day
On Memorial Day, as we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice, few sounds capture the moment like Taps.

Quick facts about Taps:

Composed in 1862 by Union Brigadier General Daniel Butterfield during the Civil War.
Originally used as a signal for “lights out” in camp.

First played at a military funeral in 1862 when a bugler substituted it for the traditional three rifle volleys (to avoid alerting the enemy).

The 24 notes have no official lyrics, but the most common words are:

“Day is done, gone the sun,
From the lake, from the hills, from the sky;
All is well, safely rest, God is nigh.”

Today, Taps is played at military funerals, wreath-laying ceremonies, and nightly at Arlington National Cemetery. It symbolizes rest, peace, and farewell.

This Memorial Day, when you hear those haunting notes, take a moment of silence for the brave men and women who gave everything so we could live free.

Thank you for your service. Never forgotten. ❤️
