While my vision of having my kids fully involved in my business didn’t turn out as I imagined, the experience taught me invaluable lessons about the “family” side of family business. Now, I use my story—and my hard-earned insights—to help others create harmony between home and work life. With over a decade of mentoring start-ups and leadership roles, including serving on the board of directors for Entrepreneurs’ Organization, I combine practical experience with a uniquely personal approach to growth. My businesses, WeKinnect Global Branding Agency and Kinetic Promotional Product Services, have earned awards like “Best Places to Work” and “Largest Agency” and serve clients across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Most recently, I was inducted into the exclusive iPROMOTEu 1 Million Dollar Club. My husband Denis, a French-Canadian Air Force veteran, became my business partner in 2016. Whether expanding our services or giving back through philanthropy, our mission has always been about creating a positive impact.
