- Got this sweet 3-lot deal for a staggering $320,000. 421 E 34th Street, Houston.

We are looking to buy 40 similar lots in the next 30 days.

Why this deal made sense:
1) We projected an end sale price of $550,000 or higher.
2) The lots can be subdivided to build multiple homes.
3) No HOA restrictions.
4) Clean title and survey provided.
5) Each unit will have its own driveway. Spending a little extra on four separate drives will pay off compared to shared driveways.
How we did it:
- All-cash deal
- Seller handled closing
- 14/7 option terms
Now we do what we do best - demolish, clear out what’s existing, and build state-of-the-art homes right here in the heart of Independence Heights.
