Design innovation. Our latest floating dock project along with its associated gangway. Our design team engineered a self contained lift and cradle mechanism allowing the gangway to be stored atop the dock itself without the need of an overhead crane. This allows for easier and safer installation at the beginning of each season and easer remover at the end of the boating season. We were so confident in both our design and construction that the dock was towed with the ramp safely stored in its cradle from Camden all the way to its new home on Mt. desert island.

What does it take to move a 7000 pound 25ft by 25ft dock from the shop to the water? More than you might think. It involves a truck with a hydraulic trailer, a skilled driver, careful measurements and good teamwork. Another successful project on the books
