Yesterday, a customer informed us that her roadside assistance had charged her $300 for a local, light duty, jump start.
After further investigation, we realized that she had been scammed by Googling "roadside assistance" and clicking one of the first "1-800 numbers" she came across.

We absolutely hate to see this happen to anyone!

Here are a few tips to help you avoid falling victim to this terrible scam:

-Only call phone numbers provided by your insurance company
-Call your preferred towing company directly
-Always get an invoice & receipt

When in doubt, give us a call and we'll be happy to walk you through it!
