Meet Allison Harrell, Olive Orchard Coach.

Ask her what she is most proud of from the first half of this year and she will tell you something that might surprise you.

Not her own wins. Her clients'.

She was reminded by a mentor that a client's progress belongs to them. Not to us. And it does not have to happen at the pace we expect.

Sitting with that changed everything about how Allison coaches.

🎉 We are so excited to introduce Kim Pattie, the newest Educational Consultant at Olive Orchard and a familiar face to many of you here in Thomasville!

Kim's roots in this community run deep. She spent more than twenty years teaching (five years with the City of Thomasville and seventeen at Brookwood School) before channeling that passion into private tutoring and one-on-one consulting with middle and upper schoolers.

Whether she's helping a student tackle a tough subject, prep for the SAT or ACT, navigate college applications, sharpen their writing, or set meaningful goals, Kim brings something rare: twenty-plus years of classroom wisdom paired with the kind of genuine human connection that makes students actually want to show up and do the work.

She doesn't just teach, she partners. She listens to what parents are worried about, figures out exactly where a student is stuck, and builds a path forward that fits their life.

When she's not working with students, Kim enjoys the best of both worlds: Downtown Thomasville strolls, Mexico Beach sunsets, good books, Mahjong, and cheering on her son Chip on the golf course. And Putter, her Yorkshire Terrier, is always close by. 🐾

Meet Andrea Collins, Leadership Consultant and Emergenetics Associate and Interior Designer.

Ask Andrea what the first half of 2025 felt like and she will give you an image that stopped us in our tracks.

An ocean.

That is exactly what it was. Powerful. Constant. Moving in every direction at once.

Andrea had filled her calendar completely. Business commitments, personal commitments, all of it stacked and scheduled. And then her body started sending signals she ignored.

She pushed through. Most of us do.

Until she couldn't anymore.

"My body and mind got tired. I pushed through and it eventually caught up with me."

That was the moment. Not a gentle tap on the shoulder. A full stop.

What came next is what makes Andrea's story worth sharing. She didn't just decide to slow down. She got help figuring out how. She worked with a coach. She said out loud the things she had only been thinking. She asked the harder question underneath the tiredness:
