Our Deep Blue events have taken on many forms over the years - team building, leadership development, customer service workshops, pickleball tournaments, escape rooms, CliftonStrengths, and more.

But this year, our team told us through our annual employee survey that they wanted to do something different: serve together.

Last Friday, our team partnered with Hands On Thomas County to spend the afternoon at Vashti Center for Children and Families, which serves Southwest Georgia through behavioral health services, residential foster care, counseling, and community programs.

We worked on a variety of service projects across the campus, including spreading gravel, staining benches, lawn care, pavilion cleanup, and other beautification efforts to help maintain welcoming spaces for those they serve.

We’re so grateful to HOTC for helping coordinate the day and connect us with the perfect host location for our large team, and to Vashti for welcoming us onto your campus. It truly was a blessing to be a blessing.

Kady led the team in cataloging and indexing nearly 1,500 boxes during a time-sensitive records transition, ensuring everything was organized and entered into our system quickly and accurately. She also played a key role in organizing and reboxing records from several large projects to make sure everything was properly prepared, indexed, and accessible for our clients.
