Businesses interested in registering as a City vendor during the Expo are encouraged to bring the following:
✅ Completed W-9
✅ Business Contact Information
✅ Certificate of Insurance (COI) (if performing work on City property)

The Certificate Holder must be listed as:

Thomasville, NC 27360

The City of Thomasville requires Certificates of Insurance to include:
General Liability Coverage
Workers' Compensation Coverage

If your company does not carry Workers' Compensation insurance, please complete the City's Workers' Compensation Form.
