This Memorial Day, the Thompson Business Association wishes to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Their courage, dedication, and sacrifice have protected the freedoms we enjoy every day and continue to inspire generations.

As we gather with family, friends, and community this holiday weekend, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day and remember those who gave everything for our nation. 🇺🇸

Great meeting last night, TBA!

As always, Main St Gelato is the best in every way. They are wonderful hosts and deliver the BEST homemade ice cream, gelato, and macarons around! Thank you for hosting us!

The star of the show though, was Mark Salisbury from Starforge Dynamics. His much anticipated presentation on how small businesses can be utilizing free AI tools to streamline their practices and help build revenue was truly valuable. We are so grateful he took the time to teach us! If you missed it and are looking for more information on this topic, we are hoping to work with Mark to create workshops for members and non-members to attend! To say the Spring “Mega” Mixer was a success is an understatement!

Our collaboration with the Webster Dudley Business Alliance, Charlton Business Alliance, and the WDO Chamber brought in almost 100 people at Christopher Heights! We enjoyed fantastic raffle prizes, delicious food, ice cold drinks, and even sampled some healthy acaì creations.

Real connections were made, networks were expanded, and we were proud to see so many members show up and build relationships, as well.

Thank you so much to Christopher Heights of Webster! Laura Crosetti and team were outstanding hosts and the facility is gorgeous.

We’re excited for tonight’s Thompson Business Association monthly meeting featuring subject matter expert Mark Salisbury from Starforge Dynamics!

Mark will be giving a hands-on presentation showing how local businesses can use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to save time, improve marketing, respond to customer reviews, draft estimates, and more. Best of all, everything he’s demonstrating can be replicated with free accounts and put to use immediately.

This is going to be a fun, practical, and interactive session with real-world examples tailored for small businesses — and we can’t wait to see the conversations it sparks tonight!
