From a failing pond to a complete restoration.

This project required far more than a simple cleanout. Years of tree growth, heavy sediment buildup, and extensive beaver damage had compromised the dam beyond repair.

We completely removed the existing dam, excavated accumulated silt and debris, constructed a new compacted clay core, and rebuilt the dam from the ground up to restore the pond’s integrity and longevity.

Projects like this take careful planning, the right equipment, and attention to every detail to ensure they’ll last for years to come. We’re proud of the transformation and grateful for another satisfied client.

A little piece of history brought back to life.

This old farmhouse had several barns that had slowly disappeared behind years of overgrowth. Our crew came in, cleared the timber, removed the stumps, and finish-raked the area to reclaim the land and uncover these old structures once again.

🌲 Property Reclamation in Progress 🌲

Years of overgrowth, brush, and neglected vegetation are no match for the right equipment and a solid plan.

This property had become nearly unusable in several areas due to thick underbrush and invasive growth. We’re opening it back up, improving access, and restoring the land to its full potential.

This is just the first phase of a much larger transformation.

Lake Sinclair Homesite Transformation

This property started as a fully wooded lot with no access.

We cleared roughly an acre for the homesite, installed an 18” culvert, and built a 600 ft driveway with GAB for a solid, long-lasting base.

The site was then rough graded to get everything ready for the next phase of construction.
