Another garage that was suffering from settling concrete do to improperly compacted soil.

We at APC took care of this homeowner. 💪🏼

We dug out the loose soil. Wet and compacted it with a layer of base and rebar.

A recent Driveway/garage transformation we were able to do for a homeowner in Aurora CO. The concrete in the garage and driveway was settling and heaving, and despite hiring a mud jacking company, years later the Concrete continue to settle and heave.

We came in, tore out all the concrete and foam,
Dug up any loose dirt that was going to settle in the future, and re-compacted it. We hauled out excess soil then compacted a better base layer and installed rebar so this concrete will last for decades to come.

Very thankful for the most recent opportunity to help with updated sewer lines in a Target® remodel near Boulder Co

This project needed the upmost precision, as all the lines we were digging for were live and needed to be located. None of which were harmed.

A home owner in Aurora CO was having erosion issues in their back yard. We extended and buried their sump pump discharge & downspout to get water away from their home, and to a safer area.
