✨ What a day! Thank you to everyone who came out to our Club Consumnes pick‑up party yesterday — our hearts are full. We caught up with friends and welcomed so many first‑timers. We hope you felt right at home and can’t wait to see you again soon 💛🌿

And… ✨ We debuted our brand‑new Caramelized Onion Olive Oil and couldn’t be happier with the love it received. If you want to play with it in your kitchen, here’s a little recipe inspo:

Caramelized Onion Olive Oil Roasted Mushrooms - Earthy, meaty, and perfect as a side or crostini topper.

Ingredients :
• 1 lb mushrooms, halved
• 2 tbsp Bellindora Caramelized Onion Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Bellindora Fig Balsamic or Delta Barrel Premium Balsamic
• Salt, pepper, thyme

Directions:
Toss mushrooms with oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, thyme.
Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes.

Serve warm or spoon onto toasted baguette. ✨ Simple. Cozy. So good.

Running one day behind but Sophia said it’s fine—she’s fashionably late anyway 😌🐾 If you’ve been with us a while, you know this goofy girl came home with us from last year’s adoption event—post‑injury, post‑surgery, and fully determined to steal our hearts.

She’s healed up beautifully… though sometimes she still rocks her little limp, which we lovingly call her Stockton Swagger 😎✨👊

Today she’s living her absolute best life: adventures, naps, snacks, and all the love she deserves. Here’s to rescue pups, second chances, and the joy they bring.

Rescue and adoption will always have our hearts, and Sophia is our daily reminder why. Cheers to you, sweet girl—may your life continue to be full of treats, belly rubs, and naps in the sun 🤍✨
