It was such an honor to work with the Columbus Taco Fest this year! We all beared the wind, the rain, and the heat together and worked incredibly well together to create a safe and welcoming space for the community to come out and enjoy what Taco Fest has to offer!
Thank you for allowing our team to be a part in this fantastic event!

Hey Obetz,
This is Hugo and Syd, founders and coordinators of Columbus Taco Fest.
First and foremost, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for opening your community to us and welcoming Taco Fest to its new home at Fortress Obetz.
Was it hot? Absolutely. ☀️
Is there room for improvement? A lot of room. 😬
Whenever you move an event of this size to a brand-new venue, there are always things you can’t fully anticipate until thousands of people walk through the gates. We learned a lot this weekend, and we appreciate everyone who shared their feedback with us.
At the same time, these are different times, and one of our biggest priorities this year was creating an environment where people could come together, enjoy tacos, margaritas, live music, and great company in a safe and controlled setting.
We believe we accomplished that, and we couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of the City of Obetz, Obetz Police, our security teams, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, performers, and every single person who attended.
We heard you. We are already taking notes, reviewing feedback, and discussing ways to improve the experience for next year. Our commitment has always been to make Taco Fest better every year, and this year is no exception.
Thank you for trusting us, supporting local businesses, supporting our nonprofit partners, and helping us celebrate the 10th Edition of Columbus Taco Fest.
We are grateful for your patience, your feedback, and most importantly, your continued support.
We’ll be back. Bigger, better, and with a lot more lessons learned. 🌮❤️
