Join the Fun without worry! Momentum Refresh is available at the South Dakota State Fair to provide a universally designed, fully accessible and ADA compliant+ mobile restroom and universal changing space to ensure the Fair is safe, welcoming, and inclusive for everyone's personal care needs.
Momentum Refresh sets a new standard for accessibility by offering features specifically designed for people with disabilities, veterans, aging adults and seniors, families, and others with limited mobility or personal caregiving needs.
Find Momentum Refresh from 9/2-7 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily, located on the West side of the Expo Building.

The Momentum Refresh fully accessible restroom is available every day of the fair near Gate 10. Designed to provide comfort, dignity, and convenience for all visitors, this facility includes:
- Adult changing table with a ceiling hoist
- Toilet with adjustable grab bars
- Adjustable sink

It’s Opening Day at the Minnesota State Fair and accessible inclusion with Momentum Refresh is already working its magic!

“The only reason I could come to the fair is because I looked you up on the website and knew you’d work for me for a bathroom break!”

 Momentum Refresh is a fully accessible restroom with universal changing space and a sensory/lactation room, located at Cosgrove St. and Lee St., near Gate 4. We will be ready to provide a safe, convenient, and easy accessible restroom experience!

The point is getting together- come with confidence that  a restroom break will not be a barrier and you can !

It’s The Great New York State Fair opening day and Momentum Refresh is an accessible restroom with universal changing station available to provide all fair guests with a personal care break that is supportive, safe, and easy!

Find us near gate 10 each day, close to the baby care, cottage and calming sensory shed restroom area along Belle Isle St. Across from the Beef Cattle Barn.

Available throughout the Fair (8/26-9/7) from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, conveniently located on Belle Isle St. near Gate 10, across from the Beef Cattle Barn and adjacent to the Sensory Shed and Baby Care Cottage.
