We’re looking for friendly, reliable part-time bartenders (21+) to join the crew.

You’ll be serving beer, wine & bourbon in a place where Game Night gets loud, the regulars know your name, and no two shifts feel the same.

Roasted Tomato and Salmon with creamy grits

3 (4 oz) salmon filet portions
1.5 pints cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 T olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic powder
2.5 cups water- flavored with 1 T tomato boullion & salt
1/2 cup grits
1/2 cup ricotta cheese

Dill sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 T lemon
fresh grated garlic
salt, pepper, fresh dill

1 cup serving of polenta (grits) and 1 salmon filet, 400 calories
