Grant writing ISN'T magic, it's far more strategic than people tend to realize. It's a devised and critical method. After 15+ years and 100+ client projects, here's what separates the applicants who get funded from the ones who don't!

✨ Match the funder's priorities, not your wish list. Read their strategic plan before you write a word.
✨ Numbers tell the story. Vague impact statements get skipped. Specific outcomes get funded.
✨ Your budget has to match your narrative exactly. Reviewers cross reference both. Gaps kill credibility fast.
