CBM Systems is currently seeking ONE FULL-TIME, DAY SHIFT Cleaner for our client in North Portland. This position is IMMEDIATELY available, and at $15/hr with benefit options, we encourage you to apply today!

• SHIFT: Thurs-Mon 6AM-230PM

Job Skills / Requirements
• Able to communicate in English or Bilingual Spanish
• Must demonstrate regular attendance
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
• Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, walk and do lifting up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to work at a rapid pace
• A great deal of working hours are spent of your feet
• Steel Toe Shoes and PPE are required (provided by company)

• Ability to follow instructions thoroughly.
• Complete work without supervision.

Job Skills / Requirements
Day Porters do a bit of everything to keep businesses running cleanly and smoothly. We work to make sure our buildings are neat and clean, free from clutter and safe. Duties include:

• Picking up trash
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Vacuuming or using industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors
• Stocking bathrooms

In addition, porters might run errands for employees, deliver items, move stock or anything else that employees might need. This position requires a great amount of time walking, must be able to lift 35lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service is a MUST.

M-F 7PM-330AM $16/HR FULL TIME NIGHT CLEANER!

Job Skills / Requirements
The night cleaner performs cleaning duties in a steel mill environment. This job requires possible exposure to nuisance dust and use of chemicals for every aspect of general cleaning including rest rooms. General cleaning chemicals may be hazardous if specific instructions regarding their mixture, application and use are not followed. Steel toe shoes are required, and must wear safety glasses, safety vents and hard hat during work schedule.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, vendors and the general public, including those from culturally diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Communicate effectively in oral and written forms in English or bilingual Spanish.
• Be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Stoop – bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. Full range of motion of the lower extremities and back muscles. Grasping by applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and work at a rapid pace.
• Crouch by bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine. Reaching by extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction. Stand for particularly sustained periods of time. Vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The noise level is very low.
• Work assigned shift (7PM – 3:30AM, Mon-Fri!)
