Excluded from this warranty is the cost of any course materials.

It’s difficult to correct or hold employees accountable when expectations were never clearly defined in the first place. Policies and procedures create clarity, consistency, and protection for both the team and the business.

Admittedly it’s not earth-shattering information, but it helps slowly carve your skills into more effective tools to make a positive impact on your business and management skills. The most helpful part of Silkin for me has been investing in continuing periodic calls with my consultant, Gloria. For several years after the initial 12 month program I have done monthly calls with her which I see has “soft reboots”. What I mean to say is busy offices have a lot of moving parts, and only so many can be addressed at once, a business owners mind prioritizes things in the most logical way possible but sometimes important things can be put to the side that are more difficult or complicated to deal with, because it just too much to handle at the moment. My monthly calls help to dig up, reinforce, and refresh the priority list and come up with action plans for things that may be more of a struggle to deal with.
