A little information to help you if you are filling out a Rental Application:
-The application is located at the TOP LEFT HAND CORNER of the web page and it says "Rental Application".
-There is a $44 application fee and you will be prompted to select a payment method.
-We do not accept cash, you will need to pay via debit/credit card on the website.

We have received several INQUIRIES, this is not the application and that will still need to be completed in order to do a walk-through of a property. If you're not prompted to make a payment, that is not the application.

Please also keep in mind, if you are texting us with interest, please provide your first and last name so we can pull your application and start scheduling you a walkthrough.
