Ex*****on Engine Series: More Tools Won't Fix This

Here we go with another dashboard, another tracking tool, and another integration.

Most organizations have already tried to buy their way out of the ex*****on gap but it hasn't worked because the problem was never visibility, it was authority.

A dashboard can tell you an initiative is behind schedule but it can't make a decision, escalate a risk, or hold anyone accountable for fixing it. Tools report but they don't own outcomes.

Ex*****on Infrastructure isn't another piece of software layered on top of the same broken governance model. It IS the governance model, the decision rights, accountability, and escalation paths that make the data actually mean something.
