Job Description and Responsibilities
• Interpret customer provided machining and fabrication drawings in order to produce an accurate timely quotation, utilizing the ERP quotation module. Work closely with fabricators and machinists in producing an accurate quotation.
* Create accurate routers and bills of material in the ERP system on awarded projects throught timely interpretation of customer's drawings.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Understanding of Routers
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 awareness and understanding
• Understanding of safety procedures and processes
• Blueprint reading
* Attention to detail

Job Qualifications
• Must be able to read blueprints
• 5 years’ experience in estimating, fabrication or machining environment

• Perform all set-up operations for all assigned jobs and tack jobs per drawing/blueprints;
• Weld assigned parts to specifications listed on the drawing;
• Weld assigned parts as scheduled;
• Complete routers and any other required paperwork on all assigned jobs;
• Perform all necessary inspection operations during fabrication process to ensure specifications are met;
• Report all nonconformances’s promptly and initiate Corrective Action forms when necessary.

• Understanding of safety procedures and processes
• Blueprint reading
• Tig, Mig and Flux welding experience
• Forklift and Overhead crane experience

Job Qualifications
• Must be able to read blueprints
• 5 years’ experience Tig, Mig and Flux Welding
