Job Description and Responsibilities
• Perform all set-up operations for all assigned jobs and tack jobs per drawing/blueprints;
• Weld assigned parts to specifications listed on the drawing;
• Weld assigned parts as scheduled;
• Complete routers and any other required paperwork on all assigned jobs;
• Perform all necessary inspection operations during fabrication process to ensure specifications are met;
• Report all nonconformances’s promptly and initiate Corrective Action forms when necessary.
Preferred Experience & Skills
• Understanding of Routers
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 awareness and understanding
• Understanding of safety procedures and processes
• Blueprint reading
• Tig, Mig and Flux welding experience
• Forklift and Overhead crane experience
Job Qualifications
• Must be able to read blueprints
• 5 years’ experience Tig, Mig and Flux Welding
