Employee Spotlight! Cassidy Colbert: Corn Production Coordinator
We’re excited to introduce Cassidy Colbert, who joined our team on July 13, 2026, as our new Corn Production Coordinator.
In her role, Cassidy supports several key production functions, including reviewing and updating bagging reports, working closely with the bagging line, assisting with rebagging activities, and collecting samples for testing. Her work helps ensure quality, efficiency, and smooth operations throughout the production process.
Cassidy brings a strong agricultural background to the position. She graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Agribusiness and a minor in Event and Meeting Management. Before joining our team, she worked as an Event Specialist with Cummins, where she gained valuable organizational and coordination experience.
Raised on a small family farm in Tipton, Cassidy has deep roots in agriculture. During her time at Purdue, she expanded her perspective through three agricultural study-abroad programs, traveling to Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal to learn about global agricultural practices and industries.
When asked about her experience so far, Cassidy shared that one of the things she appreciates most is the team culture. “I enjoy that everyone is willing to assist others and answer all my questions,” she said.
