⚡ BIG JOB. COMPLEX PROBLEMS. A TEAM THAT WOULDN’T GIVE UP. ⚡
This was far more than a simple electrical service call! The Premiere All Service electrical team tackled a major project at Cocoa Loft Hotel, with work spanning 12 units, multiple service visits, extensive troubleshooting, and new electrical infrastructure.
Aging wiring, ground faults, improperly energized neutral wires, power loss, and previous wiring issues made this a challenging job that required patience, experience, and determination. Our crew traced the problems, made repairs, and built a foundation for future improvements.
🔧 Here’s what went into this project:
✅ New dedicated AC circuits in Units 17 and 18: Installed two 20-amp, 277-volt dedicated circuits with new conduit and wiring.
✅ 150 feet of new conduit: Installed 1-inch PVC along the hallway ceiling, a 12-by-12-by-6-inch junction box above the electrical panel, and three additional junction boxes along the route. This creates accessible pathways for future AC wiring on that side of the building. New AC circuit wiring currently serves Units 17 and 18.
✅ Improved AC receptacle placement: Installed new EMT conduit, boxes, and receptacles beside the AC units in Rooms 17 and 18, relocating connections from beneath the units where they were exposed to moisture.
✅ Extensive troubleshooting and wiring repairs: Addressed ground faults, faulty connections, and energized neutral conditions across multiple rooms, including Units 10, 27, 40, 85, and 86. Unit 85 had no power when we arrived—power was restored and operation verified.
✅ New wiring in Unit 27: Ran replacement wiring to the bathroom and kitchen areas and from the existing switch to the GFCI receptacle.
✅ Outlet repairs and power restoration: Repaired outlets in Unit 28 and the right side of Unit 27, re-energized outlets in Unit 39, replaced a GFCI in Unit 40, and installed an extension box, new receptacle, and wiring splices in Unit 26.
✅ Wireless lighting controls: Installed Lutron Pico controls in Units 10, 27, 28, 85, and 86.
✅ Additional repairs and testing: Completed repairs in Units 110 and 124, tested both units, and confirmed proper operation. We also provided the property manager with video documentation of completed work.
